If you turn off 3G you will stop dropping calls and having text message errors. The internet is slow, but I don’t use my phone for that as much as speaking, so this hack works well. Living in the Upper Haight, this is a serious life saver. The AT&T network has been so terrible since Related posts:

This side scrolling function has been driving me nuts, and Apple provides no way in the system preferences to turn it off.
